We also loved getting a preview of @americanbeauty.la steakhouse, which is opening its second LA location here soon. And shoutout to the little boy who assured me, when the “snow” started falling, that it was “just bubbles.” Happy Holidays ❄️

Last night felt like a surreal dream. First, becau Last night felt like a surreal dream. First, because our three incredible leading men cover stars, @kingofbingo, @imsebastianstan and @johndavidwashington made the time — when it was totally not a condition of the cover — to attend our movie issue celebration at @themaybournebh. We couldn’t have picked a more gracious, talented and genuine group of guys, and it’s been exciting to see them get so much well-earned recognition in the early stages of this awards season. But really, this post is a love letter to the media and PR friends who’ve supported me not just with this issue — my first helming for @lamag — but throughout these past 20+ years. Some of you are newer friends, and others I’ve worked in the red-carpet trenches with since my 20s, but to be surrounded by so many of you last night was overwhelming in the best way. I look forward to catching up with everyone for more than five seconds — and to the amazing things that lie ahead for us all, together. My deepest gratitude! Earlier this week… @lacma teamed up with @lunya Earlier this week… @lacma teamed up with @lunya to launch a sleepwear collection inspired by Mondrian — whose works also inspired the food served! @pharrell hosted a dinner in Bel Air to reveal the @evianwater bottle he designed, @uovo.art threw a book party for @rodmanprimack and @rudester at the Beverly Hills @lanvin … and that was just the beginning of the week! But best of all was this stunning souvenir painting created by @briannalobrien at @lacma! And the private tour by CEO Michael Govan, who spoke of Mondrian’s impact on the fashion world and designers like @ysl.
